Training with CJ, well what can I say…
She is like a ball of energy that uplifts your bad moods and pushes you to train beyond your target. She makes you feel so good and positive about everything not just fitness. She really is a breath of fresh air.
Before I first started training with her I felt sluggish, doubtful and just generally at the bottom. After our first session I felt amazing, refreshed and generally like I was ready to carry on with my day.
During the sessions if you feel you can’t complete any more she gives you the confidence and encouragement to believe you can. These are the positive vibes you need during pushing yourself beyond and out of your comfort zone.
I recommend this beautiful soul to anyone feeling rubbish, low and not liking their own self -image. Not only is she a fantastic personal trainer, she is also a good coach to help you believe in yourself and she’s always there to listen and help you through any personal doubts.

So far into week two I have found the sessions with CJ, not incredibly tense but enough to know what I’m doing is making a difference. I have been working and building towards harder sessions. The First week of the sessions, I’ve lost 4lb! I can’t wait to see my progress at the end of this and hope to continue my routine to help maintain the weight and body I want. I have been most impressed with the group circuit sessions that CJ has coached with my group of endurance athletes, as they all had so much fun whilst they worked hard.
Most runners find strength and conditioning work of not much interest as just want to run. However, when CJ attended sessions they all wanted to take part with circuits and medicine ball exercises, as they thoroughly enjoyed all the different exercises she set. They liked the demonstrations and encouragement she gave throughout each session. These have really made a difference to their strength and stamina, which in turn has improved their running. Will be looking to book more sessions with her to ensure they keep progressing!

I just wanted to send my thoughts as I really appreciated the time you spent with us on med ball work.
The work we did with the medicine balls was, in my opinion, very beneficial to our session. It allowed us to try something new with the safe guidance of CJ. She ensured that we all knew what the movements were that we were asked to do and was more than happy to change the exercises when I told her about the knee problems I was having. Overall, it was a great experience that has definitely left me curious on the ways that I can implement medicine ball training into my routine for the long run.
